One of my favorite workout supplements of all time is creatine monohydrate. Through the years I’ve experimented with all different types of creatine products. Some with several different types of creatine blended, others with just plain ol’ monohydrate and nothing else added. Although it seems just supplementing with creatine in-general works pretty well, some products/brands seem to work better for me than others.
My latest experiment has been with a product called Naked Creatine. I haven’t used creatine for at least 6 months or more now, so I thought it would be a good addition to complement my latest weight training program.
I have been pleasantly surprised at the results I’ve had with this product. First off, what I love the most is this product is simply raw creatine monohydrate powder, with no added fillers, dyes, or sweeteners….nothing but clean pure creatine monohydrate powder. What I also noticed was that this product mixed up perfectly just shaking it in a water bottle. No clumps, or grit to choke down, just a nice even mixture. It also didn’t give me any bloating or discomfort like so many other types of creatine have in the past.
Best of all, my strength continues to climb using this product! That is no exaggeration either. I’ve documented strength increases on every single workout since starting with this product with all of the major compound movements, such as the squat, deadlift, bench press and shoulder press. This product definitely works!
During my testing so far, I have been taking one serving before and one serving after my workouts. Since this creatine powder doesn’t have any flavor, I’ve been mixing it with one of my other favorite products called Natural Reload from MRM. The combination of the two tastes pretty good and doesn’t upset my stomach at all.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Naked Creatine. Better strength, performance, and energy with no ill side effects at all that I’ve experienced for over a month and a half now. Pick this product up below on Amazon for a great price. You simply can’t go wrong for the amount of servings to cost ratio. Excellent value!
